Our skilled team ensures exceptional service and energy efficiency, and we are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join us as Mechanical Insulators and Residential Insulation Installers.
Position 1: Mechanical Insulator
Job Description:
As a Mechanical Insulator at Superior Insulation, you will work on industrial, commercial, and large-scale residential projects, installing insulation on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, pipes, and mechanical equipment. Your work will help ensure energy efficiency, temperature regulation, and system performance.
Responsibilities:

  • Install insulation on mechanical systems, including piping, ductwork, and boilers.
  • Ensure proper fitting and sealing of insulation materials to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Use hand and power tools to cut, fit, and install insulation.
  • Maintain safety protocols while working with insulation materials.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a mechanical insulator or in a related field.
  • Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Position 2: Residential Insulation Installer
Job Description:
As a Residential Insulation Installer, you will focus on insulating homes, attics, basements, and other residential structures to improve energy efficiency and comfort. You will be responsible for installing insulation products and ensuring proper application in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:

  • Install batt, blown-in, and spray foam insulation in residential homes.
  • Ensure proper sealing of gaps, cracks, and spaces for maximum energy efficiency.
  • Provide insulation recommendations based on building needs and client requests.
  • Work closely with homeowners and team members to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site.
