Job description

Rapidly growing, well established insulation business seeking full time installers. Experience with any form of construction is a huge plus and preferred, but not required. Work is in Cda, Post Falls, Spokane areas, shop base is located in Cda. Transportation is provided from the shop, but employees must have own transportation to and from shop each day. Work is M-F, with occasional overtime on the weekend. Very minimal if any layoff time during any season. Seeking highly motivated individuals with strong work ethic and dependability. Pay is 18.00 - 20.00/hr. and up based on experience and minimum requirements being met, and evaluated at 90 days. The 90 day evaluation will be based heavily on dependability and coachability.
