Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination: Manage scheduling for inspections, coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth operation and transaction flow.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and transactions.
Support Growth: Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the company by improving service procedures and supporting various team initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy.
Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous but not required.
Proficiency in using office software, including email, scheduling, and data management tools.
