We are an industry world-leader company looking for 1 quality control technician to join our team immediately and grow with us! Quality technicians perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Technicians are provided with on-the-job training but require a keen eye for detail and the ability to focus for long periods of time.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspect parts and ensure they adhere to quality standards
• Inspect material, parts and products at different stages of production; in-process, first piece and final inspections
• Conduct inspections in accordance with engineering drawings using manual gauges as well as programmable equipment to verify conformance to specifications
• Clearly and accurately document inspection results into forms and computer software
• Understand and follow procedures, work instructions, standards and customer specific requirements

Qualifications:

• Read, understand and follow basic electrical and assembly drawings
• Mid-level computer knowledge
• Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail on a microscopic level
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges and other inspection tools
• Familiarity with Keyence based inspection equipment is a plus, but not required
• QC experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Math skills - data reporting, measuring, calibrating, calculating
