NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED !!

Payment $15- $20 hr. + Bonus.
Job Summary:
As an Insulation technician you will be partnered up with an experienced team member who can provide guidance and feedback as you are learning our core services.

You will be taught how to install Insulation services in Residential properties. Services performed will include blown-in cellulose installs, fiberglass batt installs, and insulation removal.

There will be plenty of opportunities to advance and become an Insulation Installer.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Installing blow-in.
• Following safety and quality procedures.
• Working knowledge of all types of insulation and removal.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment in the field.
• Customer service.
• Communicating and supporting a team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education:

• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred, not necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
• Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
