The Lead Center Inc. is seeking compassionate individuals for our Adult Day Program. As a Direct Service Provider, you'll play a vital role in supporting adults with cognitive/intellectual disabilities, empowering them to enhance their independent living skills, self-care abilities, and social connections.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on training, supervision, and engaging therapeutic activities.
• Foster skill development in various areas including independent living, communication, and pre-vocational skills.
• Safely transport individuals to and from our program in our company van

Requirements:

• Clean driving record and minimum age of 21 for transportation duties
• Ability to lift and assist individuals as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to undergo background checks including fingerprinting, criminal history, and motor vehicle reports.
