Job Description
The AdvantageCIO Associate will assist the AdvantageCIO team in completing client deliverables including Information Security Risk Assessment, Technology Assessment, Comprehensive Information Security Program, Annual Information Security Report, Vulnerability Assessment Report, Cybersecurity Testing, and Strategic Technology Plan. This team member will also assist in organization and scheduling of client delivery milestones and communication with clients to gather information needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The AdvantageCIO Associate will assist the AdvantageCIO team in completing client deliverables including Information Security Risk Assessment, Technology Assessment, Comprehensive Information Security Program, Annual Information Security Report, Vulnerability Assessment Report, Cybersecurity Testing, and Strategic Technology Plan. This team member will also assist in organization and scheduling of client delivery milestones and communication with clients to gather information needed.
ESSENTIAL Job Functions:
- Ability to create professional client documents and reports with various data inputs including questionnaires, surveys, notes and phone/video conferences.
- Organizational skills including maintaining a calendar of client obligations and meeting schedules with clients.
- Ability to create visual aids such as charts and graphs in within client reports.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe productivity applications.
- Complete all tasks assigned by management to meet team objectives.
- Skilled in communications through various means, including email, written publication, press release, proposals, phone/video conferencing and in-person meetings.
JOB qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Marketing, Communications or Business equivalent is preferred.
- Conceptual understanding of technology, security and compliance.
- Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
