International Logistics Coordinator

The Project Coordinator II will be heavily involved in customer satisfaction, as well as tracking active shipments, and document retrieval/imaging.

Hours: Day shift, Monday – Friday, Hybrid work schedule option after training.

Compensation: starting at $23-25hr+ per hour, depending on experience

Knowledge and Skills to be successful?

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1 year of experience in coordinating international logistics
• 1 year of experience in international shipping operations
• 1 year of experience and knowledge in the transportation industry

What does the job look like daily?

• Assist with billing and pre-billing requirements
• Document retrieval and cataloging
• Track active shipments
• Coordinate with our agents in the origin country and our customers to schedule & confirm bookings
• Work with Steamship Lines and/or co-loaders to ensure we get the proper documentation from them so that shipment can continue movement to delivery
• High-level customer, vendor, and carrier interaction via phone and email
• Work cohesively with teams to provide superior customer service
• Communicate with the internal team via phone, email, IM, and in-person
• Quote rates to all potential and current customers
• Utilize Microsoft Office regularly, specifically Excel, to monitor and input relevant account information
