Position: Junior Accountant

Salary: $3K+Bonus+Stock

Abstract:

A fast-pace consulting firm is actively hiring a junior accountant to help with bookkeeping and other financial management everyday activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one-year full time working experience with similar settings.

Qualification:

· Bachelor degree in accounting/business/finance, or any other relevant majors.

· 1-3 years of full-time working experience.

· 1-3 years’ experience with bookkeeping and running payroll.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work product.

· Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and independently solve problems.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other collaborative tools.

· Highly motivated self-starter with excellent multitasking and time management skills.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence and effectively representing the CEO.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for bookkeeping for the company and its relevant entities.

· Keep records of receipt, invoice, payment approval form and other documents.

· Check different accounts and make necessary report.

· Run payroll and take care of all W-2 relevant tax liabilities.

· Assisting in preparing and managing documents and contracts.

· Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries.

· Conduct company research for prospective targets.

· Manage office supplies and software subscription.
