Job Summary:

AimHire is seeking a highly-motivated and detail-oriented Bill Review Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Bill Review Analyst will be responsible for accurately reviewing and analyzing invoices, bills, and claims to ensure proper billing procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze medical bills, invoices, and claims to ensure proper billing procedures are followed.

- Identify and investigate billing discrepancies and take appropriate action to resolve them.

- Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information for bill review.

- Verify the accuracy of coding and billing statements.

- Monitor and assess industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for process improvement.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of the bill review process.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to the billing team or clients as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical billing and claims analysis.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing processes and regulations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

 Salary: $37.000 to $50,000 yearly
