Position: Logistics Export Agent

Position Type: Temp. w/possible Perm.

Pay: $20/hr. + Benefits

Location: Onsite in Irving, TX 75038

Shift: M-F 9a-6p CST.

Job Description:

Processing worldwide shipments via Fed Ex.
Communication and contact with clients daily and will respond to emails.
Transfer critical data accurately and in a timely manner into shipping systems.
Verify critical data against source documents.
Inbound/outbound calls depending on the department.
Entry of new orders, order processing, and receiving.
Heavy data entry.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 plus years of a heavy data entry role in a Logistics/Export setting and or processing shipments via FedEx.
Knowledge of Airport codes preferred but not required.
Experience or knowledge of Geography preferred.
Strong Data Entry Skills
Extremely detail orientated (must pass Data Entry Assessment)
Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Proactive in providing quality client service and can handle pressure and responsibility in a fast-paced environment, in a timely and affective manner.
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and intuitively) effectively with both clients and internal personnel.
Strong knowledge of personal computers.
