Job Description

Total Life Care Charleston has been providing Chiropractic care in West Ashly since 2002. We are seeking an office manager position. Job duties include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, accepting payments, developing x-rays, billing insurance and assisting with patients. My current office manager Debra has been here for almost 5 years. Debra is currently pregnant and will not be returning after her baby is born. Start date is June 1, 2024 and will be trained by Debra for a month. We are open Monday through Thursday and our office hours are as follows:

Monday 10am-1pm & 3pm-6pm; Tuesday 3pm-7pm; Wednesday 10am-1pm & 3pm-6pm; Thursday 10am-1pm &3pm-7pm

You are required to be in the office 30 minutes before opening each day to have the office prepared to see patients. Some evenings you may have to stay after hours to compensate people who may be stuck in traffic on their way to the office. Hours a week are approximately 28 and pay is $19 an hour. interested applicants please submit your resume.
