Lead Maintenance Technician
Full Time Hours /Occasional overtime.
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Pay starting at $30/HR depending on experience.
Immediately seeking an experienced and detail oriented Lead Maintenance Technician for a local property management company.
This position is responsible for supervising a local maintenance crew to ensure that all building systems, equipment, and facilities operate at peak efficiency to support tenants.
Duties will include but are not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, caulking, preventive maintenance, corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, and equipment, parking lot maintenance, snow removal and some heavy equipment operation.
Thorough knowledge of building systems, operations, maintenance, and repair is required to be considered for this position.
Front-End Loader operator experience preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma/Equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience
- An understanding of HVAC, electrical and building automation systems.
- Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs frequently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Occasional overtime in case of emergency (boiler breakdown etc.)
- Background will be viewed.
- Drug free work environment.
