Small Assembler

Fantastic growing company in Erlanger looking for great team members to join the family!

Hours are Mon-Thurs 6am to 4:30pm traditionally, currently also running 6 to 4:30pm on Friday, and 6am to 11pm on Saturday. Pay is $17-18 per hour, based on experience.

General Assembly

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks

• Assembly of electrical connectors
• Assembly of the connector per bill of material / instructions provided in production order package.
• Operating bench top manual crimping machine air assisted
• Operating an automated crimping machine
• Operating an automated test station
• Operating an automated packaging machine

Qualifications/Experience

• HS School diploma with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Prior experience with electronic assembly is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a color blind test.
• Follow instructions provided in a Bill of Material including quality checks.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Some standing and sitting for periods of time depending on tasks

• Ability to work with a team and communicate effectively with other employees

• Frequent lifting (in the range of 5 – 20 lbs) and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) is required.
