Product and Service Coordinator

High Level Statement of the Role:
Strong focus on supply chain management and sourcing vital materials for final assembly. Provide customer service, clerical and assembly support by ensuring inventory is accurate to meet customer demands. Assists the team in providing raw material and finished goods that supports operations. Flexibility to rotate between job functions, including but not limited to, clerical, customer service, assembly of components and inventory.
Roles and Responsibilities:

· Understand, support and execute the achievement of performance measures
· Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and replenishment of supplies
· Proactively communicates across the organization business issues and opportunities
· Create and sustain a productive and positive working environment
· Develop and sustain inventory best practices
· Manage and coordinate physical inventories
· Supports quality which ensures all business processes operate effectively
· Communicates with management and sales on lead times or ship dates based on availability of resources
· Plan demand levels for product deletions, new product development
· Performs all other assigned duties pertaining to the job including, but not limited to, data entry, invoicing, customer service and assembly of components
· Background in radio and data transmission technology
Qualifications:
Educational
· 2+ years manufacturing inventory and purchasing experience
· 2+ years clerical/customer service experience

Technical Skills
· Previous manufacturing experience
· Strong PC knowledge
· Strong QuickBooks knowledge
· Understands inventory controls
· Understanding of product assembly and the difference in materials
