Bonus: $ 700 after 90 days as full time

Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with home health experience to join our team in the Las Vegas area. As an LPN in our agency, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients during Private Duty Assignment or Intermittent -visits, while enjoying competitive pay rates and bonus incentives. Paid training if applicable.

Responsibilities: Plan of Care consist of:

• One Patient Care Only. Work under the supervision of an RN Case Manager to deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes with a detailed Plan of Care. Pediatrics and Adult patients that are dependent on G-Tube, Tracheostomy, and Ventilator. Training will be provided under the supervision of RN Case Manager if applicable.
• One Patient Care only. Provide skilled nursing for patients that are dependent on G-tube, dressing changes, Tracheostomy and Ventilator. Medication administration, G-tube feeding, Seizure Precaution, Suctioning as needed, Stoma Care, oxygen usage, monitoring vitals, breathing treatment, colostomy Care, Foley catheter care, drain care,  monitoring vitals. Patients may weigh 40 lbs. to 150 lbs. If and when ventilator dependent included (monitoring circuit changes and humidifier maintenance.
• Utilize WellSky software for charting and documentation, training available on software systems.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Nevada.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test results.
• Physical examination.
• Background check (paid by the agency if applicable).
• Home health experience preferred.
