Cement Loader Operator

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Loader Operator at our cement plant. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to efficiently load materials such as limestone, clay, and other aggregates into trucks or hoppers for transport within the plant. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety protocols to ensure the smooth operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain various types of heavy machinery, including front-end loaders, to load raw materials into trucks, conveyors, or hoppers according to production schedules.

2. Safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces and around obstacles while adhering to plant safety regulations and procedures.

3. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs to the maintenance department.

4. Monitor material levels in stockpiles and replenish them as needed to ensure continuous production.

5. Collaborate with other plant personnel to coordinate loading activities and optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications:
