Production Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• SUPPORT COORDINATION OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES
• Distribution of jobs to production
• Verification of status of jobs
• Validate employees time job duration versus router
• Provide dates estimation of jobs culmination.
• Communicate and establish production priority
• Report material shortages
• Support Production Supervisor in supervision of personnel
• Responsible of notifying issue in jobs process to supervisor
• Communicate production standards, hold accountability and take action for deviation on the standards.
• SUPPORT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ON SUPERVISION OF PERSONNEL AND PROCESSES
• Report daily production, efficiency and set of objectives to production personnel
• Assign and provide raw material and tools  to production  personnel
• Monitor and report employees’ productivity and efficiency to supervisor
• Final inspection of cable before transfer to Quality Control
• Manage of cable and NCR documentation
• SUPPORT: MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY / PRODUCTIVITY /ASSURE QUALITY IN THE PRODUCT
• Participate daily and monthly production meetings and Gemba Walks
• Support identifying training needs.
• Support in training and developing of new production employees
• Assure that tools, machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly use and maintained for efficient production along with Engineering Department.
• Support & maintain applicable AS-9100 QMS process and enforce the 5S System
• PEOPLE
• Assist enforcing Health and Safety precautions.
• Promote company and employee engagement.
• Provide coaching feedback, motivation, support and guidance to all production employees
• Support Manufacturing Production Supervisor in employee evaluation performance
• OTHER RELATED DUTIES
• Support company and customer’s audits.
• Assist and Support Production Supervisor
• Follow company policies and standards and serve as a role model by modeling good work ethics.
• Assist in any other responsibilities as needed by the company.

Education and Experience:

Associate Degree: Engineering or Electricity (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
