Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant with a passion for social media to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing administrative support while also managing our social media presence and engagement. This is a dynamic role that requires versatility, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-equipped and organized work environment.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance the company's online presence and engagement across various platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Content Creation:
Write and edit blog posts, articles, and other content to support marketing and branding efforts.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and engaging content that aligns with company objectives and brand voice.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for social media and other marketing channels.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
