How you will make an impact: 

Serving individuals in their private homes is an honor and pleasure.  You will have the ability to connect with older adults one-on-one embracing a person-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity.  You may be assisting a senior with daily personal needs such as meal preparation, housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, medication reminders, and personal cares.  We know that you will find ways to bring smiles to the faces of those you serve. 

Schedule Varies: We offer a flexible schedule with hourly and live-in positions available (8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts and overnight shifts available) 

What you will need: 

• Active Illinois CNA certification is preferred but not required 
• Past experience with older adults and seniors
