Dental Front Office

Our beautiful private dental office is looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Team member to add to our wonderful crew. Our successful Practice is a home away from home, nestled in the cozy town of Ross, CA - 15 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge. We are a high-quality fee for service practice with a warm philosophy, friendly service paired with top-quality dental care.

The ideal candidate would have excellent multitasking skills, the ability to build relationships with patients, the team, paired with a great sense of humor. An exceptional work ethic and personality can get you everywhere!

Schedule: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 37 hours weekly

Compensation Package:

• $25 to $30 per hour

Dental Front Office duties include - Schedule appointments, Collect payment, Answer phone calls, respond to emails, Contribute to a supportive team and any additional tasks as assigned by the doctor and office manager.

Job Requirements:

• Be FUN and love to work with a group of amazing people!
• Customer Service background. Dental (and orthodontic) experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of dental software (Practice Works) preferred
• Excellent customer service, time management and strong multitasking skills
• Must be enthusiastic, cheerful, & bright
