Machine Operator - Corrugator

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Corrugator Operator to join our team. As a Corrugator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining corrugating machinery to produce high-quality corrugated sheets. Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor corrugating machinery to produce corrugated sheets according to production requirements.
• Conduct machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers to meet product specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and achieve production targets.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Corrugator Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in the operation and maintenance of corrugating machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
