General Laborer

JTB Landscaping is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer in both landscaping and landscape construction. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation and enhancement of outdoor spaces through a variety of tasks. Responsibilities:

• Perform various landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and mulching.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Contribute to landscape construction projects, including hardscape installations, planting, and grading.
• Operate and maintain a range of landscaping and construction equipment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
• Perform general cleanup of work areas, ensuring a neat and organized landscape.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping and construction equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
