Credit Union of the Rockies is seeking an entry level sales team member to join our credit union! As a Universal Service Specialist, you help create the energy and excitement around credit union products, providing the right solutions and getting products into members hands. Every day is an opportunity for you to turn another credit union visitor into a loyal credit union member. would be responsible for managing the first impressions of Credit Union of the Rockies members while providing friendly, professional, confidential and effective assistance while minimizing wait time. Responsible for accurately processing financial transactions and being an effective source of information for our members: in lobby area or by telephone. Directly address the needs of Credit Union of the Rockies members, work with team members to ensure a genuine and exceptional member experience.

DUTIES

As a Universal Service Specialist, you're highly skilled at uncovering members needs, then following through with effective solutions. Not only are you the first person members meet when they enter the branch or call into the Contact Center, but you're also the person who guides them - advising, selling, and even setting up their new products. Always curious, you stay on top of news about financial products and initiatives, ready to apply your learning in member interactions. Your success is measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall branch performance. You're proud to represent Credit Union of the Rockies, and you get great satisfaction from helping members develop lifelong relationships with us. Educate, encourage and sell members on the use of alternative delivery channels, including ATM's, kiosks, on-line banking, bill payment, RDC, Shared Branching and automated telephone services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Experience: Up to six months of similar or related experience including time spent in preparatory positions.
