Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:
ATC Youngstown, a leading healthcare provider in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medsurg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis. This individual will be responsible for providing direct patient care and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of our patients. As a Registered Nurse at ATC Youngstown, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and make a positive impact on their lives.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a salaried position with a weekly compensation of $2300. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and much more.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Conduct physical assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and provide emotional support
- Adhere to all clinical and safety protocols, including infection control procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and continuous learning

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (1-2 years minimum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and medical terminology
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
