Billing Clerk

Your responsibilities

- Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness

- Institute financial procedures and controls

- Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency

- Examine, evaluate, and process invoices or bills for services rendered- Less than one year of experience required

- Strong communication and social skills

- Ability to work with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

- Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Billing experience preferred

- Prepare Invoices experience

- Data entry experience

- 10 Key Skills experience

- Foundational knowledge in Invoice Data

- Proven knowledge of numeric data entry
