Wound/Ostomy Nurse

You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, provide education and support to patients and their families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certification in Wound Care Certified (WCC), or
  Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (CWOCN)
• Experience in acute or specialized care settings
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
