Busy multi-specialty spine and orthopedic practice is searching for a full-time highly organized, motivated person. We're seeking an ideal candidate who can effectively communicate with all departments within our practice, possesses expertise in the medical aspects of personal injury, and has knowledge of legal assistant/paralegal duties. Strong follow-up skills are essential in this fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include interfacing with attorneys’ offices, external medical facilities, documenting patient information, reviewing patient policy limits, and understanding the necessary medical records for successful patient office visits. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a definite plus!
Bi-Lingual(Spanish) is a plus!!
