Seeking Entry level welder helpers with grinding experience also. Must be able to read a tape measure. Basic Knowledge and experience with welding skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist welders in preparing materials and setting up equipment for welding tasks.
· Operate grinders, sanders, and other tools to smooth and finish welded surfaces to perfection.
· Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
· Follow established safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
· Learn and develop basic welding skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support project needs.
