Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Cashier. The Service/Parts Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and will be a friendly face to greet and assist them. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills will be essential in this role. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide change when needed.
• Answer customer inquiries.
• Issue receipts and refunds.
• Process credit and debit card payments.
• Refers customers who have questions to the appropriate individual.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Run transaction detail report & balance cash/credit payments at the end of the shift.
• Assist with customer returns and exchanges.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic Math skills to give change and refunds.
• Knowledge of company’s services and products and customer-related policies.

Physical Requirement:

• Prolonged periods of standing or working on cash register or related equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour plus, with experience!
