Enchantasys is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at our Burnsville, MN location.

WHO ARE YOU? We are seeking a proactive, highly energetic, and professional individual to fill a position as a sales associate. Our most successful team members have been with us for years and we love that! Daily Duties include but are not limited to:

· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

· Provide product information and recommendations to customers

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

· Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

· Receiving & stocking incoming merchandise

· Assist with inventory management and restocking

· Accurate inventory counts

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner

· Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends by attending online & in-person product knowledge learning events.

ESSENTIALS: You must be 18 years or older to apply for this position. You must also be available to work 15+ hours a week and be able to work weeknights & weekends. Proven experience in customer service/retail.

Requirements:

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Excellent verbal communication skills in English

· Previous experience in retail sales

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

· Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers
