The Office requires the services of a trainer/content developer to support training implementation of Child Welfare System (CWS) modules.
Description:
The Department seeks contract resources to assist with the training and implementation of the statewide Child Welfare system (CWS). The purpose for this Training Developer is to design and develop practical training and course materials, as well as provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for employees who administer Child Welfare related programs. This position will work closely with the Training Lead, Applications Lead, Development & Testing teams, and subject matter experts.
Minimum requirements include: Experience developing, modifying, and maintaining Captivate, Camtasia, and Word templates, scripts, and PowerPoint, as well as revising training materials for instruction of adult learners.
