Chief Revenue Officer

High potential C-suite Sales position with the leading company in the MPHQ portfolio, which is the largest privately held services and solutions company in a 2+ billion-dollar market segment.

Salary

Up to $325,000 OTE based on experience

What you will do:

  • Plan and supervise team members; oversee Sales and Marketing departments
  • Ensure Sales Reps understand and comply with all objectives, performance standards, and policies
  • Communicate job expectations: plan, monitor, appraise and review job contributions, plan and review compensation actions and enforce policies and procedures
  • Ensure the team overachieves sales plans through consistent execution of the sales process
  • Host daily enablement for low performers
  • Conduct needs assessments, performance review, capacity planning and cost/benefit analyses and contributes information and analyses to organizational strategic plans and reviews
  • Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to position accomplishments
  • Establish and meet performance goals and targets for efficiency, cost, and quality
  • Record statistics, performance levels, and user rates of the call center and prepare reports
  • Administer scheduling systems ensuring each team member is fully utilized to their capacity.
  • Forecast and analyze information against budget statistics monthly
  • Monitor sales staff internal and external queue database for quality and attendance
  • Address all questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Act as a point for escalation of problems / issues arising in an appropriate and timely fashion
  • Assist with other duties as assigned and additional duties as required

 

What you need:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience selling into healthcare facilities, physician's offices, etc. 
  • Experience selling into healthcare facilities, physician's offices, etc. 
  • Ability to close business and train reps to do the same
  • Proficiency with technology, software applications, and phone systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance
  • Strong knowledge of team building activities that support a positive work environment
  • Be analytical, efficient, and thorough while excelling in problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Embrace a collaborative work environment
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situation
  • Experience in an EOS shop a plus
  • Ability to close business and train reps to do the same
  • Proficiency with technology, software applications, and phone systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance
  • Strong knowledge of team building activities that support a positive work environment
  • Be analytical, efficient, and thorough while excelling in problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Embrace a collaborative work environment
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situation
