How You Will Make an Impact: An Accounts Payable Specialist plays a crucial role in the financial operations of CCRM Fertility. While the responsibilities focus on managing payments and expenses, the impact extends far beyond processing transactions. The Accounts Payable Specialist is vital to financial accuracy, cost control, vendor relationships, process improvement, and overall financial well-being of the organization.

What You Will Do: The Accounts Payable Specialist prepares and processes payments for vendor invoices and other financial obligations in accordance with internal accounting policies. Reviews purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify amounts owed. Maintains and reconciles accounts payable ledger. Responds to vendor inquiries and resolves any discrepancies in billings and payments. The Accounts Payable Specialist reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

  • Ensure all invoices and employee reimbursement requests are received, coded, approved, and entered into the general ledger in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve invoice and account discrepancies through investigation and documentation in order to ensure timely and accurate payments are made in accordance with internal controls.
  • Facilitate the monthly close process through expense analysis, missing invoice follow-up, and accrual preparation.
  • Manage the company’s corporate credit card program to ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed for the program.
  • Promote, build, and maintain successful and positive working relationships with both vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively maintain complete and accurate vendor records
  • Constantly work to improve department policies and procedures while identifying opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate accounts payable functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable required (healthcare industry is a plus).
  • Fluency in accounting software programs required (NetSuite preferred, Avid Exchange is a plus).
  • Solid foundation in GAAP accounting.

CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
