Lapua Rimfire Performance Center Specialist

Manage all aspects of the operation of the Lapua Rimfire Test Center in Mesa, AZ.

The Lapua Rimfire Test Center provides weapon/ammunition performance matching for competitive rimfire shooters. The Center’s Manager is responsible of overall customer satisfaction and sales of ammunition by performing the required tests and working with the customer to meet their needs.

Summary of essential job functions

· Market the Lapua Test Center in coordination with CPG Director of Sales and the CPG Director of Marketing

· Schedule appointments for live testing at the facility

· Schedule testing of customers’ firearms that are shipped to facility

· Answer incoming Lapua Test Center customer service calls and emails

· Maintain the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the Lapua Test Center

· Control and organize ammunition inventory

· Perform weapon/ammunition matching tests and interpret test results

· Coordinate the sale of ammunition through the Lapua/SK distribution channels

· Process orders and payments

· Pull, pack, and ship all purchase orders received by Lapua Test Center

· Understand and follow basic import/export licensing requirements and basic ITAR regulations

· Understand Hazardous Materials shipping requirements/successfully complete training

· Prepare weekly and other periodic reports on sales and inventory

· Assist other operations of Capstone Precision Group, as needed

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

· Competitive shooting experience

· Mechanical aptitude

Abilities required.

· Excellent interpersonal skills – able to understand customer desires

· Ability to follow all safety and procedural requirements

· Ability to lift 70 pounds

· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

· Computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Current driver’s license and passport

· Ability to travel in the USA and internationally, as needed
