Employment Type: Full-Time, Flex Schedule (2 Days in N Dallas Office, 3 Days Remote)

Role Overview:
Join our Customer Support Team and become a pivotal player in our mission. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive timely and effective support. Your responsibilities include managing case load, answering service phone calls and emails, assessing and resolving inquiries and issues from franchisees, and entering resolutions in our Salesforce case system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support requests promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.

  • Document all communication and resolutions thoroughly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven history of customer service excellence.
  • Strong communication skills to gather information and guide customers to resolutions.
  • Multitasking abilities.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Basic working knowledge of computer skills and a willingness to learn.
