Sr. UX Researcher / UX Designer (Automotive)

Job Description:

• 5+ Experience as a UX Designer (UX Researcher) and to collaborate with team to plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
• Mandatory experience in Automotive domain / Aerospace / Aviation domains
• Mandatory experience in Human Factors Engineer or human centered design or Human Computer Interaction (HFE or HCD or HCI experience)
• Mandatory experience - Use a diverse set of UX research tools and methods to conduct primary and secondary user research.
• Mandatory experience - Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research and to Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.
• Perform market and user research
• Perform usability studies with users.
• Preferred - Knowledge of the German Language (added advantage as there'd be lots of interactions with German counterparts)
• Experience of working with software development teams and methods to bring products to market.
• Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions.
• Experience and proficiency with remote testing tools.
• Experience of working on digital products and services for consumer and business applications.
• Ability to function as a bridge across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing for the coordination and delivery of multiple projects.
• Expertise in Digital Transformation.
