Must-Have Skills / Experience
  • End-to-end product UX design: interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user journeys demonstrated through a portfolio.
  • Experience designing complex workflow or data-heavy enterprise experiences (search, filtering, data export, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and ramp quickly with minimal oversight.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Legal.
  • Experience integrating UX research insights and iterating on user feedback.

Nice-to-Have Skills / Experience
  • Messaging, inbox, communications, or notifications product experience.
  • Accessibility expertise (WCAG familiarity, designing for assistive technology).
  • Experience with international or localized products, especially the Japanese market.
  • Mobile-first design experience.
