We are seeking an IT Systems Technician II who enjoys working as a member of a cross functional team to solve problems and improve performance. This position will be a member of the Trystar IT team and will work with other parts of the organization and team members to maximize success for Trystar and our customers.

In this role you will get to:
  • Work with MSP to Resolve first and second level service requests and alerts involving technology onsite including workstations, Windows, Microsoft Office Applications, printers, routers, Remote Desktop Services, phones, documentation of vendor-specific hardware and software according to Trystar standards.
  • Research and escalate issues to the proper resources within MSP techs to ensure client satisfaction according to Trystar standards.
  • Document all support issues, outages, resolutions.
  • Communicate with team in a professional and timely manner as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages according to Trystar standards.
  • Maintains current technical expertise in the rapidly changing technology of computing and utilizes state-of-the-art techniques when implementing solutions.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and positive working relationship with all departments to optimize working relationships and communication.
  • Fulfills department requirements in terms of providing onboarding and offboarding support to HR partners, finance partners in maintaining hardware and software records etc.
  • Performs at or above company performance standards established within the department.
  • Travel up to 25 percent may be required to assist with new site integrations and projects, when needed.
  • Willingness to take on other Enterprise projects as directed by IT Management.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, business communications or related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or equivalent role required.
  • 2+ years of personal computer experience and strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership in resolving customer problems in a positive, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to tackle multiple priorities in a faced paced environment.
  • Strong emphasis on technical documentation, as well as creating user facing instructional documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint, and other MS 0365 applications.
