Your Purpose as a Retail Customer Experience Specialist:

• Assist guests by answering questions and demonstrating functions of vehicles
• Discover each customer’s needs, and then identify the right vehicle based on those needs
• Facilitate remarkable customer experiences by delivering on our “Simplified Process” promise
• Work with Sales Managers to complete the customer’s purchase, ensuring the most personalized experience possible
• Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete
• Have the opportunity every day to build brand ambassadors for Subaru vehicles with guests resulting in a long-term Subaru customers

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age, with a valid license to operate a motor vehicle
