Position Title: Supply Chain Specialist/Buyer
Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
A well-known and established Equipment Manufacturer is looking for a highly skilled Buyer to join their team. Company offers:

Responsibilities:
- Playing a crucial role in the procurement process, overseeing the acquisition of goods and services vital to our operations.
- Engaging with vendors to gather necessary information, assessing vendor capabilities, and collaborating on Request for Quotations (RFQs)
- Reviewing bid proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate data in our ERP system.
- By working closely with suppliers to address non-conformances and ensuring compliance, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- 2-10 years of recruiting experience.
- High sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).
- Basic understanding of ERP / MRP systems.
- Experience sourcing products and working with vendors to drive cost savings.
- Able to work collaboratively with different departments.
