**Job Title: Real Estate Sign Installer**

**Location:** NH-Lebanon and surrounding areas

With a passion for excellence, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate Sign Installer to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install and maintain real estate signs at various properties
- Ensure timely and accurate placement of signs according to client specifications
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate installation schedules
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess installation requirements
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on signs as needed
- Uphold safety standards and protocols during installations

Overtime available, we work Monday thru Friday and very few Sats. 

Our Sign techs start there days in the morning, you get to pick the time you start. We do asked that the routes get completed. Are you a self starter and enjoy driving and being out on your own, this is the job for you. We have a support team that can help throughout the day when questions come up or you need us to call an agent or help find addresses.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in sign installation or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
