Job Summary: Lotte Aluminium Materials, USA is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our growing facility. The Process Engineer will use their innovative mind to analyze and identify process improvement opportunities within our manufacturing environment while developing efficient process flows and creating solutions to problems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing facility
• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to create a more efficient flow
• Utilize logic controllers and Quantum engineering principles to automate processes while constantly evaluating continuous improvement opportunities to reduce waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Optimize manufacturing processes for quality and productivity
• Implement robotics and automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes

Required Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in CAD software for design and CAM programming for CNC machines
Knowledge of robotics and automation systems in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point, etc.)
Safety and Quality oriented with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to problem solve with planning skills.
Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
Experience with aluminum manufacturing processes is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee will be required to: sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time and work on a computer; regularly walk, stand, sit and communicate.
