The Apothecary at Helios Integrated Medicine is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to manage our small vitamin & supplement store. This position entails assisting customers in person and over the phone, managing inventory, ordering herbs & supplements, restocking supplies, shipping orders, and basic bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, be proficient in QuickBooks Online, have bookkeeping experience, and possess some experience in inventory management. Experience with nutritional supplement sales is a plus.
Small & friendly staff, 32-38 hours/week, no weekends, 6 paid holidays off per year, generous discounts for Helios services and supplements.
