Key Responsibilities:

Host Open Houses: Engage with potential buyers and create a welcoming atmosphere during open house events.
Assist with Marketing: Help with putting out signs, setting up flyer boxes, and distributing marketing materials.
Property Measurement: Measure homes and gather the necessary information to assist with property listings.
Flexible Hours: Enjoy the flexibility of hours that can be adjusted to fit your schedule. We work around your availability when setting up open houses and showings.
Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing information about properties.
Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for clients.

Compensation:

$72,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Present yourself in a professional manner
Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
