Job Description

We are seeking a Crew Leader familiar with metal building construction and General Laborers willing to learn steel erection and iron work to become an integral part of our team! These positions will use specialized equipment (cranes, fork lifts and scissor lifts) to assemble new metal buildings.

Responsibilities:

Install and erect metal building components
Operate cranes, forklifts and scissor lifts

Qualifications:

Experience in metal building assembly (preferred but not required) or other related fields
Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
Ability to handle physical workload and not have a fear of heights
Must have dependable transportation

New general construction and steel erection company is seeking qualified and motivated applicants to get in at the ground level for this business. Applicants selected for the position will have the opportunity for quarterly pay increases based on job performance in the 1st year, with annual pay increases thereafter.
