The Senior Analyst - Real Estate Investment will play a pivotal role in our investment team, focusing on market analysis, property valuation, and financial modeling. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate markets and financial analysis, who can effectively contribute to the development and execution of investment strategies.

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify viable investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate the profitability and risk of real estate investments.
• Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor economic, social, and regulatory changes that could impact the real estate portfolio.
• Collaborate with the asset management team to enhance property value and optimize investment returns.
• Manage due diligence processes, including financial audits and property inspections.
• Support transaction execution, including negotiation, documentation, and closing.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Liaise with external partners, such as brokers, developers, and legal professionals, to gather insights and foster relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment or financial analysis.
• Proficient in financial modeling, especially in Excel, and capable of handling complex valuation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
