Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Temporary Position $37-$42/Hour

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Duration: May 20th to May 31st (Monday to Friday, excluding Memorial Day)

Shift Timing: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Tentative)

Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a temporary basis to cover at our day program facility in Santa Rosa.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to individuals with diverse healthcare needs at our day program facility.

• Administer medications and treatments according to individual care plans and physician orders.

• Monitor and assess the health status of program participants and promptly respond to any changes or concerns.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid California LVN license.

• Prior experience working with individuals with special healthcare needs preferred.

• Proficiency in administering medications and treatments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to undergo training on restricted health conditions and procedures specific to the program.

Additional Information:

• This is a temporary position covering from May 20th through May 31st (Monday to Friday excluding Memorial Day).

• Prior to the start date, the selected candidate will undergo training on restricted health conditions and procedures for the individuals in the program.

• The specific shift timing is tentatively scheduled from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, subject to confirmation.
