Next Level Staffing is recruiting for a Injection Mold Setup/Operator for a client located in Pewaukee.
Responsibilities
•REPORTS TO: Assembly Operations Manager
•Set up molding machines to produce quality parts
•Direct and execute tool changes, utilizing RTC (Rapid Tool Change) techniques, per the production schedule
•Follow prescribed safety regulations
•Inspect parts and review processes to ensure at least a 95% yield rate
•Maintain process efficiency by keeping logs and information needed for production reporting current
•Maintain a clean & organized working environment
•Other duties as assigned
•The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, feel or handle objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands or arms
