Import/Export Logistics Coordinator

RemX is proud to represent Logistics organization in Ft. Lauderdale who is seeking a Logistics Import/Export Coordinator to assist with daily shipping activities.

Logistics Import/Export Coordinator Position Requirements:

• Familiar with Export Customs Documentation/processes.
• Knowledge of Master Airway Bills (MAWB) House Airway Bills (HAWB) and House Bill of Lading (HBL)
• Responsible for order processing, collecting stock location orders and printing delivery and pick-up requests
• Records amount of material received or shipped through a computerized system
• Familiar with the Cargo Crates
• Verify crates are in compliance with ISPM15 regulations
• Detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders
• Capable of managing time effectively and multi-tasking as necessary
• Data entry and computer skills are required
• Basic excel skills are required
• CargoWise or Magaya experience is a plus

• Ability to have some flexibility with schedule
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Bi-lingual (English/ Spanish)
• Magaya and CargoWise experience is a plus
